Penny helped me to find some anxiety reducing measures and also see that some of the rules I have created for my life were getting in the way of my happiness! She helped me to create a new set of rules which will serve me better.
Penny is easy to work with. The practised nature of CBT worked better for me than talking-based therapies. My anxiety is much reduced now but most importantly, I feel better prepared to cope with anxious times in my future.

I would recommend CBT to anyone struggling with anxiety. it involves a lot of work outside of the sessions but I feel this helped to reinforce what was talked about in my sessions. I found it helpful and would definitely reccomend.
